We provide Standard Secured Shipping for every order:

- Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days
- International Shipping: 10–20 business days (varies by location)

Free Shipping Condition
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 (USD). If your cart total is below $50, a flat shipping fee of $4.95 will apply. This threshold is shown in your shopping cart so you can see how close you are to qualifying for free shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged, or is delayed beyond expectation, please email us at support@clognco.com within 5 business days of the anticipated delivery date. We'll coordinate with the carrier and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
Order Modifications, Cancellations & Address Errors
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Should you need to change or cancel your order, or if you notice an address error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, modifications or cancellations cannot be made.
